Richard Allen Grandy

Richard Allen Grandy, age 61, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away August 16, 2016, in Carrollton, Texas. Richard was born August 31, 1954, in Haskell, Texas to Leon Henry and Lois Helen (Dippel) Grandy. He is the grandson of Martin and Lena Rueffer. He is survived by his daughter, Lena Gail Darnay and husband, Brandon of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandson, Alexander Darnay; sisters, Mary Baker of Forney, Texas and Lorrie Kitchens and husband, Todd of Whitesboro, Texas; brother Charles Grandy and wife, Lisa of Rockwall, Texas; three aunts; two uncles; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Trinity Lutheran Church 7590 U. S. 380, Haskell, Texas, 79521.
