Donnie B. Potts, 74, of Haskell, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in Wichita Falls, Texas. A funeral service will be held 2:00pm, Friday, January 22, 2016 at Haskell Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Glass officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tuxedo, TX, under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D, Haskell, Texas 79521. There will be no visitation.
Donnie was born April 9, 1941 in Rotan, Texas, the son of the late James Sanford Potts and Vada Hewett Potts. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He especially loved to spend time with his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in by his parents, and 4 siblings.
Donnie is survived by his daughter Jamie Tucker and husband Mike of Haskell; grandchildren, Mitch Allen Corbin, Stephanie Brooke Corbin, Robert Kelly Corbin; great grandchildren, Christian Alexander Corbin Jayroe, Tyler Matthew Corbin Jayroe, Riley Elizabeth Corbin, Luke Corbin; sisters Shirley Hanson, Audie Merle White, brothers Mickey Potts, Larry Potts and a host of dear friends.
