Bobby Wayne Short, 52, passed away, Friday, March 19, 2021. A Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Willow Cemetery with Bro. Amburn officiating, under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.
Bobby was born October 27, 1968 in Haskell, Texas to Larry and Shirley Roberts Short. Bobby was a member of the Haskell First Assembly of God and graduated from Rochester High School. Bobby loved to play his guitar with friends, hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Short; brother, Jonathan Short and grandparents, J.C. Short, Carl Bruce Roberts and Lillie Marie Roberts.
Bobby is survived by his mother, Shirley Short; sons, Wesley Short, Thomas Short, and Leland Short; granddaughter, Presley Short; sister, Kimberly Meier and husband Kevin; grandmother, Zetta Lee Dutton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
