Beverley A. Abbey

Beverley Abbey, 68, of Abilene, TX, passed away, Thursday, April 27, 2017. Memorial service is to be held at a later date. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.
Beverley was born September 21, 1948, in Gowanda, NY, the daughter of Richard Gunnell and Carolyn Scott Gunnell. She resided in Tuscon, AZ before moving to Abilene. Her faith was very important to her and she found a "new family" at New Hope Church here in Abilene. Her family is grateful for their compassion and outreach.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Beverley is survived by sister, Dee Pearson and her husband Steve of Naples, FL; brother, Richard Gunnell and his wife Beth of Noank, CT; nephew, Rick Gunnell of Alexandria, VA; niece, Kendra Brady and her husband Jordan of Boston, MA; niece, Jenna Gunnell of Boston, MA; boyfriend, Austin Davis of Abilene, TX; numerous cousins, aunts, and her dear friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the many angels at Mesa Springs Healthcare Center, Visiting Angels of Abilene, Wisteria Place, Hendrick Medical Center, and Hendrick Hospice Care.
